Marysville, Lake Stevens, and Mill Creek have grown fast over the last two decades, and the senior-care market has followed the rooftops. Marysville has the widest mix — adult family homes scattered through its residential neighborhoods plus a handful of assisted-living communities near the I-5 corridor and Smokey Point. Lake Stevens leans smaller and more adult-family-home heavy, reflecting its more rural, lake-town character. Mill Creek, an unincorporated but well-established community bridging Snohomish and south Everett, has a denser cluster of assisted-living and memory-care options, many built in the last fifteen years alongside its town-center development.
